About

Having studied and worked in wildlife conservation and convinced by the parallels between the development of nature and people, I trained to be a teacher now specialise in trauma-informed SEN (Special Educational Needs).

Psychotherapy training was a natural step forward, particularly with my curiosity about our inner nature. I use an integrative approach, meaning I can adapt different types of therapy to our sessions.

I can walk with you to heal your anxieties and fears. In our complex lives, such healing often needs someone else to be like a mirror reflecting how we are ‘in the moment’ and who we are deep down.

In a first free phone call (about 15 mins), I will listen and discuss any questions you may ask.

As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), you can expect care, dedication and professionalism.

You will receive a written agreement, including the GDPR UK law which governs your personal information. I am happy to discuss this with you.
