About

Working in wildlife conservation, I was convinced by the parallels between the development of both nature and people. With this insight, I trained to be a teacher and now specialise in trauma-informed SEN (Special Educational Needs).

Psychotherapy training was a natural step forward, particularly with my curiosity about our inner nature. I use an integrative therapeutic approach, meaning that I can adapt different types of therapy to you personally.

Making sense of your emotions and thoughts often needs someone else to be like a mirror reflecting how we are ‘in the moment’ and who we are deep down.

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), you can expect me to support you with care, dedication and professionalism.

In a first free phone call (about 20 mins), I will listen to you and discuss any questions you may ask. If you would like to proceed, I will send you a contact form for you to complete and return. Before our first session, you will receive a contact agreement and privacy statement (including GDPR compliance). I am happy to discuss these with you at any time.
