Hello, I’m Simon and am here to help.

I can support you to work through the difficult thoughts and experiences which have brought you here. We can explore your way of thinking and bring to light how you feel.

About

I am certain that given time we can all heal our worries and anxieties, but in our complex lives such healing often needs someone else to help; like a mirror who reflects how we are ‘in the moment’ and who we are deep down.

Having studied and worked in wildlife conservation and convinced by similarities in the development of both nature and people, I trained to be a teacher and now specialise in trauma-informed SEN (Special Educational Needs) teaching.

My Psychotherapy training was a natural step forward, particularly with my curiosity about our nature. Like different methods of therapy, our natural world can offer us guidance and perspective.

In a first free phone call (about 15 mins), I will listen and discuss any questions you may ask. You can then take the time you need to decide if you’d like to proceed.

My approach is integrative, meaning I can use or adapt different types of therapy as we progress. As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), you can expect care, dedication and professionalism. If you would like to continue, I will send you a written agreement before we begin.

Available on Fridays, either online or by telephone. Sessions are 1 hour, at £50 per session.
